When discharged, I had to wit for more than four hours for my medicines to be dispensed by the chemist. Can this process be expedited?

I was attended to as soon as I got here. My obs were done and medications given. The staff were caring and helpful and understanding. Everything was explained to me. I am very grateful to them.
